Overview

Ciclogreen offers an integrated tool to manage sustainable mobility for organizations, enabling measurement, incentives and behavior change to cut transport emissions. Its services include drafting mobility plans, promoting micromobility, optimizing shuttle and corporate bike/scooter fleets, and managing parking. The Seville-based company was founded five years earlier and reports more than 50,000 registered users, deployments with over 60 companies, around ten universities, and multiple city governments including Seville and Barcelona. Corporate clients cited include Decathlon and Sacyr, and Ciclogreen says it has helped save more than 2,400 tonnes of CO2. The startup already runs programs in several European locations, notably Germany and Hungary. It plans to use newly raised funds to improve the product offered to organizations, expand the team and continue internationalization. Ciclogreen operates a platform that rewards sustainable mobility choices by citizens and workers, tracking trips by bike, carpool and public transport. The company was founded by Andoni Recabarren, José María Muro, Francisco José Melgar and Gregorio Magno and belongs to the LAB Tech4Climate ecosystem. It collaborates with public bodies such as the Ajuntament de Barcelona and the Oficina Española del Cambio Climático and counts support from organisations including Carrefour, Spiuk, Telefónica and the European Cyclists’ Federation. Ciclogreen has been recognised by Google as one of Spain’s most promising impact startups. The company plans to use new funding to consolidate nationally by expanding its commercial team and adding new product functionalities. Recent financing has strengthened its position to scale partnerships and commercial deployment.
