CIM Santé Group operates private hospitals and associated services with a strong cardiology focus, owning three clinics in Rabat, Marrakech and Tangier and ancillary radiology and laundry businesses. The group currently has 320 beds across its clinics; its latest facility, Clinique Internationale de Tanger, opened in August 2021. In 2020 the group employed 360 people and treated about 50,000 patients covered through national health insurance, private insurance, and out-of-pocket payments. CIM Santé plans to extend its flagship clinic in Marrakech, expand operations to Casablanca, add more clinics in Morocco and pursue entry into other African markets. The group also emphasizes gender equality, with women comprising almost 70% of its workforce and significant representation in senior and mid-level management. The company is positioning itself to increase access to quality care and deepen private–public cooperation in Morocco’s evolving healthcare system.
