CIMCON Software designs and manufactures remote terminal units (RTUs) and develops Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software that together deliver end-to-end automation for utilities and infrastructure operators. Its platform enables data-driven operations for water utilities, street-lighting networks, and oil & gas assets, combining rapid deployment, lifecycle O&M support, and improved operational efficiency. The company works with utility firms and EPC partners across India and international markets and has technical approvals in more than 11 Indian states. CIMCON plans to expand its manufacturing capacity and scale delivery operations both domestically and abroad. Management expects to close FY25 with approximately Rs 100 crore in revenue while maintaining EBITDA margins above 30%. Newly secured capital will bolster working capital, fund large O&M contracts, and support capacity expansion in utility automation and digital infrastructure.
