The software digitises audit confirmations, provides permissioned access to bank-verified transaction data and delivers an AI-enabled, end-to-end workflow that feeds evidence straight into the audit file. More than 400 audit firms—including all Top 20 global networks—now use Circit, and its verification network spans over 30,000 banks and other evidence providers. In the past year alone, the platform confirmed assets and liabilities for 150,000 corporate entities and independently verified more than 100 million transactions. Circit is regulated as an Account Information Service Provider in Ireland, the UK, the EU and Australia. With growing demand for AI-driven, continuous audit data, the company plans to deepen bank API connectivity, embed additional AI-powered workflows and double its team while pushing into the U.S. market. The newly raised $22 million growth equity round will fund these product and go-to-market initiatives.
