Circle Health builds a care coordination platform that pairs AI-driven workflow automation and clinical tools with human clinical teams to support documentation, care gap analysis, patient monitoring, care summaries, billing compliance, care workflows and quality assurance. The company was founded in 2022 by Chaitanya Shravanth, Prerna Raman, Harshvardhan Samvatsar and Krishna G and entered the US market in 2025. Circle began generating revenue by September 2025 and reached $1 million in ARR by April 2026, working across a network of more than 400 facilities. Its customers include physician groups and care facilities in both India and the United States. Management and investors say the product leverages operational data and an AI stack purpose-built for care execution, and the company reported $4–5M of revenue visibility from existing clients. Planned uses of the new capital include expanding the US sales organization, increasing the clinical workforce in the US and India, and further developing the company’s AI and technology platform.
