Citygoo provides an instant city carpool application that uses a matching system and an AI algorithm to anticipate users' movements. The application is available in the cities of Paris, Lille and Lyon. Launched in 2014 by Patrick Robinson Clough and Eric Feuerstein, the company operates in France. Citygoo raised €800k in funding in January 2018. Backers included Day One Entrepreneurs & Partners, Club Invest Île-de-France, Sibessor 2, Christophe Courtin, Jean-Marc Bouhelier and Groupe Investessor. The company intends to use the funds to expand in France and launch in European capitals by the end of 2018.
