Clair Health
San Francisco, California, United States, North America
Overview
Clair Health is developing a bracelet-style wearable and companion app designed to monitor women's hormone patterns using a proprietary math model that maps brain–ovary interactions. The company plans to launch the device and app in November and says its first production run of 5,000 devices sold out, while more than 25,000 people are on the waitlist. Early orders sold for $295 with a free subscription; the planned retail price is $369 with a paid subscription. Clair has seven full-time employees and about 14 contract and part-time workers. It was cofounded by Stanford graduates Jenny Duan (CEO) and Abhinav Agarwal (CTO), who cite prior work in women's health advocacy and glucose-monitoring startups as background.
