Clean02 manufactures proprietary carbon-capture hardware, including its patented CarbinX units that convert CO2 captured from natural gas heating-system exhaust into stable carbonates. The company upcycles the sequestered output, called pearl ash, to produce “made with captured carbon” consumer and commercial products such as soaps, shampoos, detergents and fertilizers. Led by CEO Jaeson Cardiff, Clean02 produces both the capture technology and captured-carbon-derived products for multiple markets. The company is based in Calgary, AB. In December 2022 Clean02 raised CA$2.75M in Seed funding to support growth. It intends to use the proceeds to accelerate growth and expand operations.
