CleanTech Lithium focuses on exploration and development of sustainable lithium projects in Chile, centered on its Laguna Verde project. The company plans to acquire 30 additional licences at Laguna Verde and complete the final payments and work for a prefeasibility study. Management is also funding technical work on direct lithium extraction (DLE) and advancing workflows toward the award of a CEOL (Contrato Especial de Operación de Litio). To support those activities and general working capital, the company completed an equity placing that included warrants. The placing substantially increases the company’s issued share capital and was allocated mainly to existing long‑term institutional investors, existing shareholders and a new strategic investor. Executive Chairman Steve Kesler said the proceeds will fund licence acquisition payments, final PFS payments, DLE technical work and capital‑work requirements while the company advances Laguna Verde.
