Clinician Nexus built a platform that lets health systems, schools and students connect so providers can post rotation schedules and students can book training. The system centralizes paperwork for schools, providers and students to streamline onboarding. Students training in nursing, physician assistant and medical doctor programs use the platform across a range of clinical disciplines. The company says its first customer realized over 50% time savings in onboarding students coming from over 150 schools across the globe. In late December Clinician Nexus picked up $1.5 million in a seed funding round, bringing total investment to $2.3 million. Leadership signaled the funds will support platform growth and further building of the clinical education community.
