Cloover
Birger Jarlsgatan 57C, Stockholm, Stockholms Lan, Sweden
Overview
Berlin-based Cloover offers an end-to-end operating system that combines workflow management, financing, procurement, and energy optimisation for residential renewable-energy projects. The platform uses AI to automate installer operations, underwrite credit by factoring projected energy savings, and pre-finance public subsidies so consumers can avoid upfront costs. Installers can offer point-of-sale financing, improving conversion rates and shortening cash cycles, while institutional investors gain access to a new sustainability-aligned asset class. Cloover reported more than eight-fold revenue growth in 2025, remaining profitable with sales nearing $100 million. Management forecasts revenue of about $500 million in 2026 and $1 billion in 2027. With fresh capital, the company plans to expand into France, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Austria, and to further automate its platform with additional AI-driven capabilities.
