Closd offers a transaction management platform with features including data rooms, workflow management, electronic closing, deal bibles, and archiving to manage legal transactions end-to-end. The experience is 100% digital with an intuitive, user-friendly interface designed by former business attorneys. Eighteen months after its creation, Closd supports more than 70 law firms and companies across four countries. The platform has over 5,000 users who have completed more than 800 transactions spanning corporate, finance, real estate, commercial agreements, and litigation. The company raised €600K and plans to use the funds to accelerate growth in Europe and intensify development of new features. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Closd made its services available for free until the end of April to help law firms and businesses continue operations.
