Overview
CoachCare provides remote patient monitoring (RPM), chronic care management (CCM), and remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) solutions used by healthcare organizations. Led by CEO Andrew Zengilowski, its platform has supported more than 150,000 patients nationwide. The company says it will use the new funds to expand operations and accelerate product development. Financially, CoachCare raised $11M in the latest funding round led by Catalyst Investors. This followed a $48M funding round in June led by Integrity Growth Partners and Topmark Partners, bringing total equity funding for 2024 to $59M. The company also secured a credit facility with Everberg Capital providing up to $52M in debt financing, and has raised over $110M in debt and equity capital this year to support growth and provide liquidity to existing equity holders. CoachCare provides a platform that combines software, connected devices, outreach and monitoring services to enable RPM, chronic care management (CCM), principal care management, and behavioral health integration. Its comprehensive offering helps healthcare providers establish and operate virtual care programs at scale, improving patient outcomes and increasing practice revenues. More than 150,000 patients and hundreds of healthcare organizations use CoachCare's solution. The company has been growing rapidly both organically and through M&A. CoachCare plans to use the investment to accelerate growth in key business areas, enhance product offerings, and scale operations while remaining founder-led. The partnership with Integrity Growth Partners is intended to leverage IGP's software and operational expertise to support go-to-market, talent, and M&A initiatives.
