Cocoli operates an online marketplace for buying and selling used quality design furniture, offering a full-service solution for private sellers, furniture retailers and brands. Its platform handles imperfect furniture supply including second-hand items, b-stock and returns, and supports marketing and shipping for partners. Since launching in late 2021, the company has expanded its product range to more than 350,000 items and partnered with brands such as Sofacompany, MYCS and Blomus in 2022. The company raised €3m in seed funding and intends to use the proceeds to expand operations and its business reach. In the coming months the team will focus on optimising unit economics, measuring and improving the climate footprint of its activities, automating back-end technologies and advancing long-term goals in the circular economy. Cocoli was founded by Gemma Comabella, Frank Stehle, Greta Schindler and Stefano Uliari.
