CodeIntegrity develops a runtime control layer that acts as a translator and filter to force non-deterministic AI agents to follow strict, predictable rules and to limit which enterprise systems and data an agent can access. The company demonstrated vulnerabilities in agentic models publicly last year, including a rapid compromise of Notion that earned coverage in The Economist. Founders Steven Jung (CEO) and Abi Raghuram (CTO) met at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and founded the company in May 2024 in the Seattle area; they later relocated to San Francisco while keeping employees in Washington state. CodeIntegrity participated in Antler’s New York residency program and is currently piloting its product with companies in regulated industries. The startup has raised a total of $5.25 million to date, including the $5 million seed led by Syn Ventures, and is using capital to expand engineering hires and move toward a broader public rollout.
