CoLive, owned by CoLife Advisory Pvt. Ltd, converts long-term leased properties into branded, serviced shared-living homes and earns revenue via fixed rentals and property-management fees. The company operates 75 properties in Bengaluru with roughly 3,000 beds and aims to scale to one million managed homes across 25 cities. CoLive recently expanded into Vellore and Coimbatore and plans to enter Trichy, Thanjavur, Madurai and Amaravati in the next quarter. Management says it is on track to reach a 10,000-beds target in the next couple of quarters. The startup plans to use new funding to expand services, strengthen technology infrastructure, and enhance its talent pool.
