Competitoor, founded in 2015 and based in Carpi (Modena), Italy and London, UK, develops an AI-driven software platform that lets retailers monitor competitors' online prices and helps brands track distribution and selling prices worldwide. The platform supports retailer, brand and store managers in developing informed pricing strategies and identifying partners who infringe agreed deals. Clients mentioned include Dainese, Auchan, Liu Jo, Pinko, Alpitour and Morellato. The company was accelerated within H-Farm in 2015 and dpixel in 2017. It has raised over €600k to date and says the new funds will be used to continue growth in Italy and expand into other European countries. After the latest round the company’s post-money valuation is reported at over £2.5m.
