Founded in 2017 by Satya Gopal Panigrahi and Avinash Chenreddy, Constelli develops state-of-the-art signal-processing tools and engineering systems that support the design, development and testing of critical radar, communication and electronic-warfare equipment. Its hardware-software stack employs modelling, simulation and distributed computing to shorten development timelines for customers ranging from India’s Ministry of Defence and DRDO to defence contractors in South Korea, Australia and Singapore. Current products include next-generation electronic-warfare and communication payloads that can be deployed on drones, ground vehicles, naval vessels and satellites. The company plans to establish rapid-prototyping and early-stage production facilities to speed up delivery of field-ready systems.
