Founded in 2017 as a lawtech and now positioning itself as a “non-obvious” fintech, Contraktor offers a contract-management SaaS with electronic signature provided as a complimentary service. The platform targets small and medium businesses while also serving large clients such as Unimed and Branco do Brasil. Management says the product aims to reduce bureaucracy and speed deal closures by automating the contracting chain and integrating with multiple systems. The company reports impacting more than 500,000 users and achieved 260% growth last year; headcount expanded from about 10 to 50 employees. Contraktor is undergoing a rebranding and plans to invest in product maturation, deeper integrations with other software, and team expansion. Prior backers include Preâmbulo Tech, and the company has participated in acceleration programs (Seed, VISA, TheHop) and holds a Scale-Up Endeavor seal.
