Country Delight operates a farm-to-home direct-to-consumer model that sources products directly from farms to deliver fresh dairy, bakery items, poultry and daily essentials. The Gurugram-based company was founded by Chakradhar Gade and Nitin Kaushal and currently serves nearly 1.5 million customers across more than 25 cities, including Delhi NCR, Bengaluru and Chandigarh. It is aggressively expanding into quick commerce, including a 10–15 minute delivery pilot in Gurugram to compete with rapid-delivery platforms. Country Delight has raised nearly $220 million to date through a mix of debt and equity, with Temasek participating in a March 2025 Series E and holding a 13.63% stake post-round. Reported revenue for FY24 was approximately ₹1,380 crore, up from ₹917 crore in FY23, reflecting nearly 50% year-on-year growth. The company is using recent capital injections to scale operations, strengthen supply-chain capabilities and accelerate omnichannel and quick-commerce expansion.
