Coworked builds Harmony, an AI project manager designed to perform coordination, follow-through, and administrative tasks for enterprise project teams. Harmony operates across existing enterprise systems and channels—email, chat, voice, and tools like Microsoft Project & Planner, Atlassian Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and NH360—so teams do not need to adopt a new UI. The product is positioned to increase PMO capacity by taking on the execution-heavy work that consumes project managers’ time, enabling human PMs to focus on leadership and stakeholder alignment. Coworked was founded by Shawn Harris (CEO), Ravi Linganuri (CTO), and Dr. Sulak Soysa (Chief AI Officer), who bring experience from IBM, Dell, Target, and Deloitte. The company is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified and plans to use new funding to grow engineering and deployment teams, deepen integrations, and scale go-to-market efforts.
