The software is complemented by an online order-placement marketplace that links general contractors with subcontractors and craftsmen, improving both efficiency and sales opportunities. To foster offline relationships, the company hosts Shokunin Sakaba, a weekly networking event now held in 34 prefectures. Originating from an interior construction business and led by CEO Han Eiji, CraftBank aims to create a system that allows world-class craftsmen and construction companies to earn greater profits.
