Crysp Farms builds and operates custom on-site hydroponic vertical farms for restaurants, hypermarkets, hospitality groups and healthcare facilities. Its produce is supplied to establishments recognized by Gault & Millau and Michelin. The company positions itself as a hyperlocal farming supplier that reduces food waste and greenhouse gas emissions, supporting COP28 goals. Crysp Farms has grown its network to more than 20 locations in the United Arab Emirates and added five new partnerships in the past month. Using the recent funding, it plans to scale across the region, deploy farms in major resorts and hotels (including partners such as Marriott, Hilton and Jumeirah), and expand to destinations like the Seychelles and Maldives. An immediate priority is expansion into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in line with Saudi Vision 2030 to boost local food production for hospitality and healthcare markets.
