Born out of the 2008 financial crisis, the company is founder-led under CEO Ben Richmond and positions itself as a category-defining RegTech leader. CUBE plans to accelerate geographic expansion and extend its technology edge to support further organic and inorganic growth. The company has just completed its first institutional investment round, with terms of the transaction undisclosed.
