Cube.Exchange is a digital asset trading platform that aims to reduce founder risk by combining traditional exchange market structure with Web3 efficiencies. Led by CEO Bartosz Lipinski, the platform features an off-chain sequencer with a lightning-fast matching engine, on-chain settlement, and a multi-party computation (MPC) wallet. The platform is currently being tested by market makers, professional traders, and others. Cube.Exchange holds a virtual asset service provider license in Poland and a money services business license in Canada, and it meets requirements for current spot trading operations in Australia. The company intends to use new funding to expand its team and to obtain licenses in additional jurisdictions beyond Poland and Canada. Cube raised $12M in a Series A to support these expansion and product rollout efforts.
