Cuisinons nos Paysages develops a national network of légumeries-conserveries that process local vegetables within a 150–200 km radius of metropolitan areas to achieve economic scale. The model emphasizes intermediate-sized, better-mechanized workshops and centralized shared services to lower overheads for each site. Founded from a 2023 initiative by Augustin Le Goaster, Clément Lefebvre and FoodBiome, the group already operates two sites: one at the MIN of Montpellier (acquired July 2022 via Agriviva) and one near Strasbourg. The company plans to grow to five sites by 2028 and aims for at least one acquisition by 2026. It benefits from support and incubation from FoodBiome and from a mix of private investment and public France 2030 financing to execute its expansion.
