Curavit Clinical Research is a Boston-based virtual contract research organization (VCRO) that designs and executes digital-first decentralized clinical trials (DCTs). Led by co-founder and CEO Joel Morse, Curavit is a full-service VCRO focused on prescription and non-prescription digital therapeutics trials. Its digital-first DCTs aim to improve timelines, reduce costs, generate real-world data, and increase patient access across representative populations. The company raised $5 million in a Series A led by Osage Venture Partners with participation from Royal Street Ventures and Narrow Gauge Ventures. The financing adds to early investments from the founders and individual investors, including industry veterans Clark Golestani and Matt Wallach. Curavit intends to use the funds to expand DCT capabilities, partnerships, and market adoption of its virtual CRO services and platform.
