Daytona
224 W 35th St Ste 500 #297, New York, NY, 10001, United States
Overview
Daytona is an infrastructure startup that provides on-demand, composable computers—called sandboxes—designed specifically for AI agents rather than human operators. Each sandbox lets an agent configure CPU, memory, storage, GPU, networking and OS on the fly, then start, pause, fork or snapshot execution in milliseconds. This architecture enables agents to explore multiple decision branches, persist state across failures and safely run code or reinforcement-learning workloads at scale. Early traction has been strong: the company hit a $1 million forward revenue run rate in less than three months and doubled that figure six weeks later. Customers already range from YC startups to Fortune 100 enterprises, with users such as LangChain, Turing, Writer and SambaNova relying on the platform for code execution and RL tasks. Daytona is currently a 20-person team headquartered in New York and is racing to add hardware capacity, open new regions, and grow sales and marketing through grassroots developer events.
