DeepKinase develops industrialized, mass‑spectrometry‑based functional proteomics platforms (including DoTK/DoDT) and product lines such as the QSure 千序 pY‑targeted quantitative platform and the 深迹 reagent kit series. In 2021 the company obtained regulatory approval for six reagent‑kit products (深迹 series), the first clinical proteomics reagent kits approved in China, and its affiliated laboratory received an operating license in February. The firm has built sample‑processing automation, proprietary tumor signaling and immune‑activity databases, PCT patent registrations, and AI‑driven protein analysis tools (including a protein language model proGPT) to enable biomarker and target discovery.
