DefectDojo provides an open, scalable platform that aggregates data from over 180 security tools and automates vulnerability triage, enrichment, noise reduction, SLA management, and risk acceptance. The platform tracks vulnerabilities across builds, releases, CI/CD, repositories, engagements and endpoints and uses machine-learning to consolidate duplicates, eliminate false positives, and surface trends. The project began as an open-source community more than ten years ago and has grown to more than 38 million downloads, with users ranging from Fortune 10 companies and international banks to government agencies, startups, and solo consultants. DefectDojo offers a Pro Edition that builds on the Community Edition with enterprise scalability, additional features, improved visualization and premium support. Recent Pro enhancements include stronger automation, new insights and analytics, and data enrichment using FIRST’s Exploit Prediction Scoring System to improve vulnerability context.
