The startup says its product helps reduce costs of medical and dental treatment for both patients and payers. Dentolo has been growing rapidly since it entered the market in April 2016 and now works with more than 300 dental partners throughout Germany. The company consists of a team of IT experts, dentists, and experienced leaders from the digital economy. New capital from the seed round will be used to further improve the company's technology. Co-founder and CEO Julian Benning framed the seed round with industry experts as confirmation that the company is improving dentistry for the benefit of the patient.
