DepoDone is a B2B e-commerce platform integrated with supply-chain management that brings food manufacturers and businesses together on a digital platform and manages the entire food supply chain end-to-end. The company says it aims to eliminate extra costs by ensuring transparency from the source to the final consumer and to digitize the supply chain, according to CEO Nil Nurlu Deniz. DepoDone received a $15 million investment from London-based Red Carpet Capital Limited. The initiative was founded by Nil Nurlu Deniz, Emre Ustuner and Serkan Deniz. The company reports a 65% female employee rate and says it prioritizes women in producer selection, working closely with women’s cooperatives and associations in food supply. DepoDone emphasizes sharing business-process information to increase transparency and reduce costs across the supply chain.
