DESKi develops HeartFocus, an AI-driven cardiac exam software that provides real-time guidance so healthcare professionals with minimal training can perform diagnostic-quality echocardiography. HeartFocus leverages proprietary algorithms trained on over 10 million data points and was validated through clinical trials showing first-time users can capture diagnostic-quality scans. The software recently received FDA clearance and a Predetermined Change Control Plan (PCCP) to simplify future updates and expansion. DESKi says the product runs on any device and is partnered with several U.S. and European app platforms and SDK providers to reach healthcare providers globally. The company plans a U.S. and global market launch to expand access to early heart disease detection beyond hospitals into primary care and resource-limited settings. The announced $6 million seed financing will support those commercialization and scale-up efforts.
