DevSkiller operates a SaaS platform that assesses technical coding skills using its proprietary RealLifeTesting method. The company plans to expand the product into an end-to-end talent management system covering sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring and talent analytics; some customers are already testing the expanded platform. The €1 million bridge investment will be used to develop that comprehensive skills-development and talent-management tool. Founded in 2013 and based in Warsaw, DevSkiller's platform is used by over 250 customers across nearly 60 countries, including PayPal, Cisco, ING, Deloitte, Criteo and EY. Last year the startup participated in the Ellis Accelerator in New York and this year global expansion, with a specific focus on Scandinavia, is a priority. Prior to this raise the company had a $500,000 seed round in 2017.
