Dex offers an AI talent agent that engages job seekers via voice or text to capture detailed profiles, benchmark compensation, surface curated job openings and prepare candidates for interviews. Its conversational agent is built on a mix of models from Google, Anthropic and OpenAI, and candidate-to-employer matching is driven by a proprietary matching engine based on traditional machine-learning techniques. The company focuses on hiring for AI researchers, software developers, machine-learning and quantitative engineers and has more than 15,000 engineers signed up. Over 50 technology companies, including Lovable, ElevenLabs, Synthesia, Granola and Fyxer, use the service. Since beginning to charge in late 2025, Dex has reached roughly a $1.8 million annualized revenue run rate and charges employers 20%–30% of a hired candidate’s salary. Founded by Paddy Lambros in early 2025 and headquartered in London, Dex plans to expand with offices in New York and San Francisco later this year.
