Diagnostic Robotics
1 Zamenhof St, Tel Aviv, 6744320, Israel
Overview
Diagnostic Robotics builds machine-learning powered preventative care that predicts and helps avert dangerous medical events by offering timely interventions. Its models were trained on 65 million anonymized medical records and the company claims it can reduce ER visits by about 75%. The platform currently tracks roughly 20 high-risk conditions and the company is already serving millions of patients in Israel, South Africa and the U.S., including work with Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island. A pilot study of a few hundred patients found the AI-prepared health plan was statistically indistinguishable from a clinician’s. CEO and co-founder Kira Radinsky says the company is expanding from targeting specific high-risk cases toward more holistic provider-driven health goals. Diagnostic Robotics is actively working to identify and mitigate bias in its algorithms and to route patients to cost-saving, often free or low-cost, interventions.
