Digicust
Office Park 4, Vienna Airport, 1300, Austria
Overview
Founded in 2020 and headquartered at Vienna International Airport, Digicust has built a software platform that uses artificial intelligence to automate customs workflows from document ingestion through compliance checks and audit-ready record generation. The system reads and structures shipping documents, assigns tariff codes, performs export-control validations, and produces compliant documentation, aiming to shorten and de-risk cross-border trade processes. Its solution currently supports more than 60 corporate customers across over six European markets and has processed in excess of 500,000 customs declarations. Customers benefit from faster clearance times, reduced manual effort, and improved regulatory compliance. With the recently raised capital, the company plans to accelerate product development, deepen its AI capabilities, and expand into additional international markets. CEO Borisav Parmakovic leads the team. No revenue figures have been disclosed, but the user and declaration counts signal early traction and operational scale.
