Overview
DillySocks is a Zurich-based sock startup that sells socks through more than 400 retail points across Switzerland, Germany and Austria. The company recently offered 500,000 new tokenized shares on its website using Aktionariat's technology. Over 80 people have purchased tokenized shares and roughly 330,000 of the offered 500,000 shares were sold within five days. The sale generated about CHF 280,000 in fresh capital to fund growth and planned internationalization, with a focus on the DACH region. DillySocks reports steady revenue growth since founding, with year-on-year increases exceeding 50% in the last two years, and management expects to grow revenue fivefold by 2025. Co-founder and CCO Fabian Knup said the company was surprised by the strong interest and may consider bringing more new investors on board if strategically sensible. DillySocks, founded in 2013 by Sean Pfister, Fabian Knup and Claudio Lumbiarres, is a Swiss colored socks label known for creative designs that emphasize style, uniqueness and comfort. The company follows a multi-channel sales strategy and has achieved early success in the Swiss market with plans to further expand internationally. DillySocks focuses on sustainable production: every pair is produced in Portugal under the Oeko Tex Standard 100 using high-quality European cotton. Its packaging uses recycled paper and 100% biodegradable PLA instead of plastics. The brand highlights a responsible approach to sustainability alongside its design and commercial strategy. The company recently completed a growth funding round to support further expansion.
