Overview

Dinari offers dShares, fully backed, tokenized representations of individual U.S. stocks and ETFs accessible via a single, developer-friendly API that lets fintechs, neobanks, and digital wealth platforms offer real U.S. equities without building new infrastructure. Its platform supports 100+ listed stocks and ETFs (including SPY, TSLA, AAPL, NVDA, META, GOOGL) and includes built-in compliance with programmable restrictions and real-time settlement logic. The company operates SEC-registered infrastructure and holds Registered Transfer Agent status. Dinari is already live in 60+ countries across LATAM, MENA, Southeast Asia and beyond. The startup plans to expand its tokenized asset offerings, deepen integrations with institutional partners, and scale infrastructure to meet increased global demand. The team includes CEO Gabriel Otte, Matthew Eisner, and Brandon Ooi. Dinari offers Dinari Securities‑Backed Tokens (dShares), tokenized, on‑chain representations of US public equities. Its dShares are backed 1:1 by the underlying assets and subject to regular audits of smart contracts and reserves. The company recently launched three new dShares on the Arbitrum One blockchain — MCD.d, YUM.d, and WGMI.d — which complement its existing 17 dShares. Dinari says its products are intended to open access and improve the efficiency of digital transactions and investments for developers and users. Financially, Dinari secured $10 million in seed funding, recently adding about $2.5 million to its previous total. The company states the capital will help build new products and distribute them to developers and users. Dinari operates dShare, a blockchain-powered platform that tokenizes publicly traded corporate equity securities to enable exposure for users outside the U.S. The dShare platform offers transparent blockchain transactions, immutable proof of ownership, crypto-wallet transactions, composability with other blockchain products, and instant settlement. Dinari programs tokens to be 1:1 backed by the matching underlying securities and provides public access to trades and total vault holdings per asset to promote transparency. The company raised $7.5M in seed funding to support product expansion and international launch efforts. Dinari became a registered SEC transfer agent in 2022 and is pursuing additional licenses to broaden its offering. The funds will be used to launch dShare outside the U.S. and expand the company’s product suite.
