Dinbeat builds wearable monitoring devices that collect real-time physiological data (ECG, heart rate, respiration per minute and temperature) for use in veterinary clinics. The company launched the Dinbeat UNO late in the prior year, a wireless wearable that lets clinics monitor non‑sedated animals. Dinbeat has adapted its technology for human use under the Dinbeat Life project and was contacted by Médicos Sin Fronteras and Hospital Germans Trias i Pujol during the COVID‑19 crisis to evaluate remote patient monitoring. The company participated in IQS Tech Factory in 2018 and has received support from organizations including CDTI, Enisa, Acció, Barcelona Activa, IQS, UAB, Microsoft for Startups and Google for Startups. Dinbeat plans to use new funding to accelerate internationalization, expand marketing, sales and development teams, and validate its technology for human telemedicine.
