Domna (formerly Hestia) is a UK home energy efficiency and retrofit services startup combining proprietary retrofit assessment software with end-to-end on-site delivery. The company’s platform and services target landlords and housing associations, enabling up to 40% energy cost savings and more than 20% increases in property valuation after retrofit. Through its group, which includes The Warmfront Team and Osmosis ACD, Domna delivers approximately 15,000 domestic retrofits annually and employs 65+ retrofit professionals. Its work has yielded over 20 kilotons of CO2 emissions reductions and supports social housing decarbonisation programmes. Founded in 2023 by Anna Moore, Chenai Gondo, and Khalim Conn-Kowlessar, Domna plans to scale rapidly via a private-equity-style roll-up strategy of acquiring smaller retrofit businesses. With recent funding, the company aims to expand operations, tackle fuel poverty, and capture part of the estimated £500B UK retrofit opportunity.
