Doorsey is a software-as-a-service platform designed to improve the residential home buying and selling offer process by enabling sellers to set predefined offer terms and minimum prices and giving buyers full visibility into competing offers in real time. The product bundles a comprehensive listing, third-party inspection reports, seller disclosures, 3D virtual tours, and a community forum so buyers can bid with confidence, even sight unseen. Listings are posted to local MLS systems and distributed to national real estate sites including Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, and Realtor.com. Founded in early 2021 by Jordan Allen, Nick McLain, and Matt Melville, the company ran a successful pilot in Spokane, Washington and plans a phased rollout to additional U.S. markets.
