Drug Farm leverages proprietary platforms—IDInVivo+ (which integrates genetics and AI to identify and validate targets in living systems) and MedChem5 (used to advance first-in-class candidates)—to discover and progress drug candidates. The company is developing treatments across rare disease, cardiovascular, kidney, metabolic, autoimmune, and infectious disease indications. Its lead program, DF-003, is a first-in-class ALPK1 inhibitor that has shown clinical improvement in an ongoing Phase 1b study for ROSAH syndrome and is positioned to enter a Phase 3 trial; DF-003 has received multiple FDA designations including Fast Track and Orphan Drug.
