DubMeNow is a mobile contact-sharing platform whose flagship app launched on iPhone less than one year ago. The app has nearly 1 million downloads and the company projects over $2.7M in revenue for the fiscal year. Dub has established partnerships with DataTel and Moodle and announced integrations with SXSW and Higher Logic. Through those partnerships the company is set to be deployed to over 750 universities and, together with DataTel, to more than 1,000 universities. The company was founded 19 months ago by a group of engineers led by CEO Manoj Ramnani, who previously sold a mobile software services company. Dub positions itself against competitor Bump on users but emphasizes revenue and partnerships as its differentiator.
