Dué Cucina is a fast-casual Italian dining chain founded in 2016 in Seattle that specializes in fresh, house-made pasta and sauces with customizable pasta dishes. The concept centers on informal dining where customers choose pasta shapes, sauces and toppings, alongside other Italian entrees, appetizers, desserts and beverages. The company operates multiple Seattle-area locations and plans a fifth location in Redmond, WA in 2024. Dué Cucina announced a strategic growth partnership with Mac Haik Restaurant Group to begin expansion into Texas. With a $2.5 million direct investment, Dué Cucina will open three Texas locations within two years and pursue further unit growth through a joint venture. Menus for the Texas units are expected to mirror the Seattle offerings, including pastas, appetizers, desserts, salads and a selection of beer, wine and cocktails.
