Dusk Network is a Dutch fintech scale-up that develops a privacy-focused blockchain designed for token issuance, trading and smart-contract collaboration while preserving personal and transaction confidentiality. Founded in 2018 and based in Amsterdam, the startup aims to power a regulated security token exchange that bridges traditional finance and the blockchain ecosystem. Companies will use the Dusk Network infrastructure to issue tokens, trade assets and meet compliance requirements at scale. The project targets tokenized products such as ETFs, commodities, shares, bonds and novel blockchain-native assets to increase liquidity and broaden qualified investor access. The company says its collaboration with iFinex/Bitfinex will provide expertise and a user base to accelerate launch and development. Prior to this round, the team previously raised €7.4 million in funding led by Blockwall, Maven 11, Olymp Capital, Wentworth Hall Family Office and others. Dusk Network is a cryptocurrency protocol that enables compliant, scalable and privacy-oriented issuance and transfer of security tokens on the blockchain. It implements a real-time payment channel (a pay-as-you-go model) and rapid peer-to-peer data communication to support private data exchange and ownership transfers. The Dusk Standard aims to serve as the equivalent of ERC-20 for STOs, with Dusk tokens used as the standard for security token issuance. The company plans listings of Dusk tokens on Ethfinex and Bitfinex and seeks to become a one-stop platform for fully compliant onboarding of institutional and traditional investors. Dusk maintains partnerships with Blockventure coalition, Switcheo Network, GSR, and Blonde 2.0 to grow its community and ecosystem. Olymp Capital has made a strategic investment and partnership to help deliver STO value to clients and support Dusk’s market development.
