DxTx Pain and Spine operates 60 ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and pain practices across nine states. The Barrington Hills, Ill.-based company specializes in pain and spine care. It has secured over $50 million in funding from BC Partners Credit to expand its operations across the country, according to a July 21 press release. The company says the investment will allow it to prioritize compliance and deliver exceptional patient care. DxTx is actively seeking additional partnerships with groups that share its commitment to patient well-being, respect for physicians, and a high level of physician control and ownership. The new capital is intended to support national expansion of its existing ASCs and pain practices.
