Overview
E2E Networks provides cloud services focused on accelerated computing, affordability, and accessibility. The company offers cloud GPUs and an AI/ML platform called TIR and serves clients including educational institutions and AI startups. Its platform enables organizations to run deep learning workloads and other compute‑intensive applications. In November 2024 E2E entered a strategic partnership with Larsen & Toubro (L&T), which will acquire a minority stake. The collaboration aims to combine E2E’s cloud capabilities with L&T’s data‑center management expertise to scale offerings and drive digital transformation. The acquisition is expected to close by the end of December 2024 while E2E retains operational independence. E2E Networks Limited raised about $50 million through a preferential issue of equity shares. The transaction was executed as a preferential allotment of equity. The raise was reported in DealStreetAsia's India Digest. The digest also covered a separate item that Zoff raised about $4.76 million from JM Financial Private Equity. The article included publication and subscription details alongside the fundraising notes. E2E Networks provides cloud computing, dedicated hosting and managed public cloud services, buying IP transit from partners to connect to Indian ISPs. The company re‑invented itself as a home‑grown cloud venture in 2008 after being founded in 2002 and began offering dedicated hosting in November 2009. It operates data centres in Delhi and Mumbai and plans to establish three more facilities in Hyderabad, Pune and Chennai by next year. E2E targets lean Internet start‑ups requiring low‑latency, India‑based hosting and lists customers including Groupon India, Zomato, Tehelka, Cardekho, Gaadi.com and VCCircle. The firm says it delivers affordable infrastructure through vertical integration and efficient data‑centre usage while adhering to Indian regulations and local power/network realities. Management reports the company is EBITDA positive and will use the new funds for technology and R&D and to expand its presence in India.
