Earlyasset is building a platform intended to provide pricing transparency, transaction infrastructure, and access to capital for the venture secondary market. The company plans to launch its platform later this year, enabling early users to register private holdings, access pricing insights, and request liquidity. Earlyasset is led by co-founder and CEO Shawn Bercuson and is based in Park City, Utah. It raised $2 million in a pre-seed round led by New Stack Ventures, with participation from Cervin Ventures, Andrew Ryan of ABVCS, and angel investors. The company said it will use the funding to expand operations and accelerate development efforts. As it builds out its network of investors and capital partners, Earlyasset aims to expand liquidity across private markets.
