Overview
Easy Metrics offers a cloud-based labor analytics platform that helps operations and finance leaders analyze, forecast, and manage the cost and performance of warehouse operations. Its suite provides actionable insights into operational cost and performance, site profitability, and labor productivity, enabling teams to cut waste and drive efficiencies. The platform is used by leading global logistics, retail, and third-party logistics companies and currently serves more than 50 customers across over 250 facilities. Easy Metrics was developed by industry experts with deep warehouse experience and has received initial funding from SJF Ventures and Fortson Venture Capital. The company plans to accelerate product development, expand organizational capacity, and pursue strategic acquisitions to scale its product and go-to-market efforts. Easy Metrics is based in Bellevue, Washington. Easy Metrics, founded in 2009 by Naval Academy alumni Dean Dorcas and Dan Keto, offers a SaaS business intelligence platform that ingests disparate data streams to identify top and low-performing employees and task costs. The founders previously co-founded Integrated Management Systems. The tool is used by several Fortune 500 companies; named customers include Brooks Sports and Genco. Easy Metrics has a partnership with Toyota’s forklift division, Raymond, to resell the software to Raymond’s 100,000 customers. The company employs 10 people and plans to more than double headcount in the next 12 months. Easy Metrics says its model reduces enterprise implementation cost and time by about 90 percent; competitors include Red Prairie, Manhattan Associates, Cognos and Hyperion.
